2022 AGM

The quick turnaround in getting the club set up and accepted back into the league on the eve of the official start, meant a lot of our meetings happened online and spread out over several days to fit in around the work schedules of our proposed board members.

Club Votes

• Votes can be cast on various things such as board membership, roles, club or team responsibilities and league affiliation. Votes to take place at AGM or EGMs.
• AGM to be planned between end and start of each season.
• An EGM can be proposed by any board member or through a team vote.
• Approved Voting rights to be given to each board member. A squad vote is also available worth a single vote, which can be used if any vote totals are within a single vote or even.

Other Notes

• The club will use surplus budget from membership fees and sponsorship on equipment, football education and career development for team members and charitable donations.
• The board will discuss with the team options charities affiliate and allow the team to vote each season.
• Claire Jordan will be assisting with treasury activity with a view to becoming the club treasurer in the future, with possible board membership pending voting and approval.
• Roles yet to be determined are Club Charity Liaison and Fundraising Office, to be discussed in the future.
