Our Charter
This is the agreement that everyone takes onboard when joining the club.
Our charter is what we stand for, the agreements we make with each other before we even step on a field.
These guidelines will help us be better players, leaders, friends and people.
The Management Responsibilities

Be a positive influence on the team.

Work with the whole team to set expectations for each season.

Book appropriate fixtures for the level of the team.

Design training sessions to help each individual player to progress tactically, mentally, physically, and further the understanding of the game.

Work within the players' appropriate levels of personal ability.

Respect each player, coach and supporter of their own team.

Respect each player, coach and supporter of their opponents.

Respect the referee and the decisions they make.

Ensure players are treated fairly.

Communicate clearly.

Establish a safe space for players to speak with management and each other.

Listen to players, and ensure they are heard and understood.

Always offer constructive criticism, advice and praise.

Allow each season to reset so positions and roles are made available for those interested in pursuing them.

- Put in the expected effort to any assigned roles and tasks.
- Understand, at times, that game time may be given to other players to aid their wellbeing and development
- Inform management about their availability for matches and training.
- Help with any assigned tasks in the day to day running of the club and matches - such as putting up and taking down nets etc.
- Ensure personal club finances are kept up to date.
- If any financial issues arise, communicate to management at the earliest opportunities.
